Cookies & Cream Protein Balls

I am someone that is all about finding healthy and convenient snacks to keep us feeling satisfied throughout the day. I also have a MAJOR sweet tooth, so this helps me get my treats in the healthy way. I love protein balls because in between my morning shake and my lunch I can grab one and feel great for a couple more hours until my next meal.


As you may know, I use Isagenix products and often integrate them into my recipes because then I know I am getting my undenatured whey protein, healthy fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals, etc into my diet. You can modify this recipe using products that you like or feel free to send me a message if you want more information on the Isagenix products that we use.


Cookies & Cream Protein Balls


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Cookies & Cream Isalean Protein Powder

  • 1 1/2 Cups Oats

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 3 Tablespoons Honey

  • 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (You can use powdered peanut butter if you prefer and just add more milk)

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 6 Isadelight Chocolates - Crushed up (You can add 1/4 cup of a different mix-in if you don't have these)

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the protein powder, oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and cinnamon.

  2. Once well mixed, add in the honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. Then add in the Isadelight Chocolates (or other mix in).

  4. Finally, start adding the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time. (You might not need the full 2 tablespoons or you made need a bit more).

  5. Using your hands roll into small balls.

  6. Put in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before eating.

  7. Keep stored in the fridge until ready to eat.
