5 Ingredient Protein Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

These cookies have been a favourite of mine for a long time, especially when we have ripe bananas in the house. I know I can throw them together in 20 minutes and have a healthy snack ready for the week! Besides, who doesn't like all things peanut butter and banana?

5 Ingredient Protein Peanut Butter Banana Cookies


Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla or Chocolate IsaPro (Or your protein powder of choice)

  • 1 Cup Oats

  • 1/2 Cup of Powdered Peanut Butter

  • 1/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F

  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.

  3. Next, mix in the oats.

  4. Once well mixed, mix in the protein powder.

  5. Add in the powdered peanut butter and mix well.

  6. Lastly, mix in the chocolate chips.

  7. Using a spoon, scoop the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet evenly spacing the cookies. (I use parchment paper on the cookie sheet for easy clean-up!)

  8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
